Welcome to the Town of Talty
OUR MISSIONOur mission is to provide a stable living environment, ideal for families to live and grow. We love our community, our children, and our country. OUR HISTORYTalty was incorporated on May 1, 1999 with a population of 600. Today the population is about 1,511. Talty is defined as a General Law City governed by a Mayor and five council members. The council generally meets every 2nd Tuesday of each month. The public is encouraged to attend these meetings.
