PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Talty City Council, meeting as the Board of Adjustment, shall conduct a public hearing, consider and take action on a request for a side setback variance at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 21 at Talty City Hall, 9700 CR 213.

The property owner at 11111 Limerick (PID 56581 Shamrock Ridge Phase 6 Lot 233 is proposing a detached garage eight (8) feet off the side property line off the end of an existing driveway.  The City's side setback on one acre residential is 10 feet.

 Notice was mailed to all property owners within 200 feet of the parcel, posted on the City website and at Talty City Hall. The public is invited to comment in person, by mail to the above address, by e-mail to talty@taltytexas.com or by calling staff at 972-552-9592.
