PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

June 8, 2026

The Talty Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a meeting at 7:00 pm on Monday, June 8, 2026 at Talty City Hall, 9700 CR 213 to consider the following agenda:

 I.         Call to Order: Announce quorum

II.         Public Hearing:

1.        Harvest Run Phase 1 preliminary plat which consists of 33 single family one acre lots and three common area/          detention lots on approximately 47.61 acres. The affected area is on the northwestern side of CR 215/Michael Talty Avenue. It is within the Stephen White A-567 Survey and identified on the Kaufman CAD website as PID #215684 and #232600.

III.       Agenda Items:

1.         Discussion and action on the March 16, 2026 minutes.

2.        2.           Discussion and action on a recommendation to the city council on the Harvest Run Phase 1 preliminary               plat which consists of 33 single family one acre lots and three common area/detention lots on 47.61  acres.

            3.          Workshop on updating subdivision ordinance.
