City Council Agenda

The Talty City Council will hold a special meeting at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at Talty City Hall, 9700 CR 213 to consider the following agenda:

 I.         Pre-meeting @ 6:30:  Agenda Review- Legacy Business Plaza preliminary plat status

 II.       Call to Order: Announce quorum;

 III.      Invocation and Pledge

IV.       Agenda Items:

1.         Discussion and action on the preliminary plat for the Legacy Business Plaza Addition. The addition is approximately 9.76 acres consisting of one lot situated in the Steven White Survey, Abstract No 567 in Talty’s ETJ. It is also identified on Kaufman CAD as 16036 FM 1641 and parcel #16089.

V.        Adjourn Meeting
