The Talty City Council will hold their regular monthly meeting at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at City Hall, 9700 CR 213, Talty, Texas.

  I.        Call to Order:  Announce a quorum;

 II.        Invocation and Pledge

III.        Citizen Participation: Citizens may address the City Council for three minutes.

IV.        Agenda Items:

 1.         Discussion and action on the March and April, 2026 financials;

 2.         Discussion and action on the March 17, 2026 minutes;

3.            3.        Discussion and action on an ordinance canvassing the May 2 election;

4.         4.           Oaths of Office- Administered for two-year council terms expiring May, 2025;

5.         5.          Discussion and action to appoint a Mayor Pro Tem;

6.         Discussion and action updating authorized signatories on City Bank I&S account;

7.         7.          Discussion and action on an ordinance regulating vehicle / heavy equipment parking in residentially zoned areas.
