The Talty City Council will hold their regular monthly meeting at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at City Hall, 9700 CR 213, Talty, Texas.

 I.         Call to Order:  Announce a quorum;

II.         Invocation and Pledge

III.        Citizen Participation: Citizens may address the City Council for three minutes.

IV.        Agenda Items:

 1. Discussion and action on the September 16 minutes;

 2. Discussion and action on the September and October financial reports;

3. Presentation of the police department’s annual report;

4. Discussion and action on selecting an auditing firm;

5. Consideration and action on Petition for Release of 119.194 acres of land from the City’s ETJ submitted by JBZ SLM                   Talty  Land LLC.
