PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE- July 6 & 21

The City of Talty's Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council shall hold public hearings on a combined preliminary and final plat for Legacy Business Plaza Addition.  The addition is approximately 9.76 acres consisting of one lot situated in the Steven White Survey, Abstract No. 567 in Talty’s ETJ. It is also identified on Kaufman CAD as 16089 FM 1641 and parcel #16089.

Both groups shall also revisit and hold hearings on the proposed Harvest Run Phase 1 preliminary plat. It consists of 33 single family one acre lots and three common area/detention lots on approximately 47.61 acres. The affected area is on the northwestern side of CR 215/Michael Talty Avenue. It is within the Stephen White A-567 Survey and identified on the Kaufman CAD website as PID #215684 and #232600.

The Planning & Zoning Commission's public hearing shall take place at 7 p.m. on Monday, July 6, 2026. The City Council's public hearing shall take place at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. Following their public hearings the Commission shall consider action on recommendations to the City Council. Following their public hearings, the City Council shall consider action on the plats.
