PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE- January 12 & 20

The City of Talty Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council shall each hold a public hearing on a
proposed final plat for the Maplewood Meadows Phase 1B subdivision, formally known as Mabrey Meadows Phase 1B. P&Z shall meet at 7 p.m. on January 12. 2026. The City Council’s public hearing will be held during their regular meeting at 7 p.m. January 20, 2026. Following the public hearings, each
board shall consider actions related to plat approval.

The proposed subdivision with 143 residential and 2 common lots on approximately 25.87 acres is in the City's extraterritorial jurisdiction and generally located east of FM 148 on the southern side of FM 2932. The area can currently be seen on the Kaufman Central Appraisal District website as parcel numbers 9452 and 240469.

Both meetings shall take place at 9700 CR 213, Talty TX 75126. Persons seeking more information or
