Below is the proposed fee schedule for the City. It includes update fees, many which have not been adjusted since 2011, and those necessary due to recent actions on residential rentals and right-of-way maintenance regulation. An ordinance on these shall be considered at the January 20, 2026 council meeting.

Street name change after plat recorded $300 plus costs
Recording fees (If done by City staff.) $200 plus costs Time, mileage, fees at county offices, etc.
Zoning change $ 400.00
Zoning Variance $ 300.00
Planned Development- Zoning change $400 + $20 per acre Plus engineering or staff review expenses
Project text change $500 + $20 per acre Plus engineering or staff review expenses
Concept plan change $600+ $20 per acre Plus engineering or staff review expenses
Project text and concept plan changes $1000 + $20 per acre Plus engineering or staff review expenses
Conditional Use Permit- No site plan $ 400.00
With site plan $400 + $20 per acre
Flood Study Review $ 100.00 Plus engineering review costs
Building permit fee- New Residential $1900 up to 2500 sq ft
Plan Review $ 75.00 Plus engineering review expenses (if applicable)
$100 for each subsequent review
Over 2500 sq. ft. $1900 + $0.80 each added sq. ft.
Additions/Alterations $150 per inspection +
$0.10 per sq ft over 900
Each reinspection $ 100.00
Pools (includes plan review) $ 525.00
Pools with spa ( Includes plan review) $ 575.00
