PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

CITY OF TALTY

The City Council acting as the Board of Adjustment shall hold a public hearing and consider variances on side and front setback/building lines and masonry requirements related to the construction of two metal buildings at 9132 CR 216 aka Bunny Run. The parcel is identified as PID 24258 on the Kaufman CAD website. Storage is the stated, alleged use for the buildings. The public hearing will take place on June 16, 2026 at 7:00 pm at Talty City Hall, 9700 CR 213, Talty TX 75126. Board action shall also be considered during the meeting.

This notice has been posted and can be viewed at city hall. Property owners within 500 feet shall be notified by mail.
