The Talty City Council will hold their regular monthly meeting at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at City Hall, 9700 CR 213, Talty, Texas.

1.       A requested variance on the side setback allowing for the construction of a building at 9142 CR 216/Bunny Run. Property owner is requesting a 4.5 foot setback The parcel is identified as PID 24258 on the Kaufman CAD website. Storage is the stated, alleged use for the buildings.

IV.      Citizen Participation: Citizens may address the City Council for three minutes.

1.         1.   The City Council acting as the Board of Adjustment- Discussion and action on variances on side and front setback/building lines and masonry requirements related to the construction of two metal buildings at 9142 CR 216 aka Bunny Run. The parcel is identified as PID 24258 on the Kaufman CAD website. Storage is the stated, alleged use for the buildings.

2.          2.   Discussion and action on the June and July, 2026 financials.

3.         Discussion and action on the June 16 and August 4, 2026 minutes.
